For decoupage paper, photocopies and photographs. Can be used on glass, ceramics, wood & more.
Apply to surface on reverse side of picture/paper. Wet hands with glue. Gently rub across picture to remove bubbles.
Wipe excess glue with damp cloth. Clean up with water.
