These terms and conditions govern your (“the User”) use of the Jimnettes Arts & Crafts CC (“Provider”) website, located at the domain name www.jimnettes.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice.

By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the User consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communications satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing
E-commerce & Privacy
The Website, www.jimnettes.co.za sells arts & crafts materials online. The use of any product bought from this website is at the User’s own risk and the Provider cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on this website.
The Provider will keep all private information in the strictest confidence and information will not be sold/made known to any third parties other than the necessary information given to delivery services. All private information is kept secure by using Transport Layer Security (TLS). The provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The seller cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device.
Delivery Policy
Orders to be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery charges will be added to your invoice upon checkout.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order, but cannot accept responsibility for damages to goods that have left the Provider’s premises. The Provider does offer an insurance option at a premium of 1% of your invoice value or a minimum of R10.00
The Provider does not currently ship outside the borders of South Africa.
Returns/Refund Policy (Only applicable when ordering on-line)
The User is entitled to return non-defective goods within a cool-off period of 5 days of receipt of purchase for a refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging. Exceptions to this are books, magazines and all edible items.
If a product is found to be defective/faulty, the User is entitled to return the product and the Provider will either replace, refund or repair the item. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. If only reported after 48 hours it is reasonable for the Provider to assume that the damage was caused post-delivery.
The Provider reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee for the return of non-defective orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
Payment options
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.
Merchant Outlet Country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country is South Africa and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
