Inorganic & Organic Mix:
I devised this blend to replace the unavailable pigment Manganese Blue. This is far more intense than Manganese Blue, with a vivid, almost luminous appearance, evoking the rich blue skies of Veronese and other Venetian painters. The phenomenal tint power of the Phthalo component means that it can be hued much more with little loss of brightness. This mixture of organic and inorganic pigments demonstrates what can be attained with modern pigment strengths.
